DJ AM Found Dead at 36 – Some Media Reports Say Drugs Involved

DJ AM

DJ AM

DJ AM aka Adam Goldstein, a popular DJ, was found dead in his New York City Apartment this afternoon.  Police indicated that there was no evidence of foul play, and multiple media organizations quote an annoymous source as saying that drug paraphernalia was found.  Goldstein had struggled with addiction, but had an extended period of sobriety.

Goldstein famously survived an airplane crash earlier this year.  Because Goldstein was known to be sober, we will hold off speculating on the role, if any, of drugs in this incident, and would hope that others would do the same
