Dual Kim model, found dead
It has been reported by NY Mag’s The Cut this morning that Korean model Dual Kim aged 20 has been found dead in Paris this morning. Kim who was born in Seoul, South Korea debuted in the shows in Paris 2007, for the likes of Chanel, Maison Martin Margiela and Dries Van Noten. She also was a filmmaker and painter.
She was a favourite among fashion followers for her honest and funny interviews, along with her beautiful editorials in publications such as i-D, Dazed & Confused and British, Korean and Japanese Vogue.
Her agent Next said about the news, “She was a top model and a great friend to all of us at Next. Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much.”
The model kept a blog I Like to Fork myself, with pictures, videos and stories about modelling.
The cause of death has not been determined.
