Eve Ensler
Television show, The View, has been known for it’s cat fights While also the outspoken views of it’s panel members. Although just recently “comedienne”, Joy Behar and guest Eve Ensler, have said on the show that earthquakes and tsunamis are caused by Anthropogenic Global Warming. Meanwhile they attacked Sarah Palin for not believing it is true.
The opinions of Behar and Ensler, have caused a lot of tension and responses from the online community, with some calling them ill informed idiots.
Beher has caused many dramas in here life on The View, including when she received a letter from the Anti-Defamation League, admonishing her description of then Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, as “Hitler like.”
They noted her description and comparison as “inappropriate and offensive,” stating that Hitlers name should never be “taken out of context or used for personal attacks or vendettas.”
She has also received a lot of criticism for her remarks on the Roman Catholic religion, from which she was raised.
Ensler is an American playwright, performer and activist who is best known for her play The Vagina Monologues.
Born in New York, she has in the past reported being physically and sexually abused by her Jewish father when she was a child. She is the adoptive mother of Dylan McDermott who is an actor, she adopted him when he was 15 and she was 23.
