Craig Robinson
The Lopez Tonight show featured, guest The Office’s, Craig Robinson.
Robinson appeared along side Eva Mendez and Mary J Blige on the late night show.
Robinson born in 1971, is a stand up comedian/actor who brought a lot of laughs and a lot of interest from his appearance on the Lopez show.
He is best known for his parts in Pineapple Express and Zack and Miri Make a Porno as well as his role on The Office.
Coming from Chicago, Illinois, he plays Darryl Philbin on the American version of the show.
The Office which is an American Mockumentary comedy television series, is developed by Greg Daniels and features on NBC.
It follows the everyday lives of the office employees, from the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Company based in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The show is made to look like a documentary with the actors/characters fully acknowledging the cameras, which is shot in a single camera setup.
Robinson has also appeared in Arrested Development, Friends, and Reno 911. He has even given himself over for music video’s. He and fellow comedian Jerry Minor once had a comedy act done as a duo called “L. Witherspoon & Chucky.”
Before his life in show business he was in Chicago Public Schools as a K-8 teacher. He gained his masters of education at Saint Xavier University and also his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University, before setting it all aside for this chosen career path.
Since his appearance on Lopez’s show tonight, Robinson has created a lot of buzz, with Internet searchers wondering about the funny man we may have over looked on The Office.
The Lopez Show features George Lopez the late night talk show host who invites celebrity guests to stop in and talk while engaging with the audience, allowing them to ask questions of the stars.
