How should I advertise my new children’s birthday party and play center?

I’m looking for the most effective ways of reaching families with young children. Now that I used up the free publicity that comes with press releases I’m not sure where I should invest my money.
What works what does not?
Possible advertisement venues I’m considering:
-Direct mail (I was given a list of 1500 name/addresses of my target audience)
-Advertising magazines with coupons (that get delivered to homes)
-Churches & Temple newsletters
-Local newspaper
-Local parenting magazines (smaller circulation but more targeted than an advertising magazine
