Bravo’s Chef Academy, has suddenly gained a lot of attention, and not for the show!

It seems one of the contestants has a porn star past, and Bravo are seemingly capitalizing on it.

Emmanuel Delcour even admits to his shady past, in an upcoming episode of Chef Academy.

His adult film name is Jean Valjean and he bears a striking resemblance to Jean Claude Van Damme.

Chef Acedemy is the show based around teaching non-chefs to cook then compete, is shown on Bravo.

The network seems to be even having a little fun with it, with it’s publicity boasting “one of our stars has dirt on the net, can you find it.”

There is a page dedicated to his porn screen name on Wikipedia, titling him “the premier straight porn practitioner.”

Chef Academy is based around Jean Christophe Novelli, who has restaurants in London, France and South Africa.

Novelli who is world renowned and who is also a 5AA Rosette award winner, has been dubbed the “World’s Sexiest Chef” by The New York Times.

The show entails Novelli’s move to Los Angeles, as he opens his first program for top notch culinary skills. For people to train and aspire to cook like the pros.

He selects nine students who will work as his test bunnies for his first Academy.

French born and residing in London, his gained the title ” Top 25 Cookery Schools in the World” for his Novelli Academy Cookery School in the UK.

He is also thinking about bringing one to America basing it possibly in Venice, California.
