Undercover Boss  is a new television series,  from CBS, and episode one featured Waste Management Inc’s, Larry O’Donnell last night.

The show which focuses on a boss of a major corporation incognito as a trainee, working just as an entry level worker would in their own company. The show enables the person to  see exactly how it would be to be a minimum wage employee in The United States today.

O’Donnell who runs a “$13 billion dollar business,” was introduced to us, while seeing very impressive footage of this successful business man with his family golfing and water skiing.

Then we got to see O’Donnell on the other side dressed in his Waste Management jumpsuit, as he spoke to the camera crew as he explained to the Waste Management employees that he was involved in a “documentary (about) someone trying out for entry level jobs.”

We then got to see the successful business man who runs the multi million dollar company, vacuuming out portable toilets in an amusement park, picking up trash on a very windy day, while also getting fired by Walter for not being fast enough for the job.

Later he was seen working on a recycling assembley line, who was seen to almost inhale her lunch so that she was able to beat the 30 minute break to race back to clock in after her meal.

This show will surely change how a company runs for the one’s that get involved with the show. As it will surely show owners the conditions their staff have to work.

And maybe just maybe they will begin to care about the man who they would normally not even notice, but are the one’s who assist in making the money for their company every day.
