Unique Birthday Gift

When we celebrate someone’s birthday, we want to get them a gift that expresses our love and affection.  We want to give them a unique gift that stands out from the rest.  We want the gift to be fun, enjoyable, engaging and unforgettable.

If that sounds like a tall order for one gift to fill, it is.  But we have found a gift that does all this and more.  It’s I Made A Movie (www.imadeamovie.com).

First, this gift is like nothing the Birthday Boy or Girl has ever received before.  It’s not a CD, sweater, cologne or any of the other “usual suspects.”  I Made A Movie makes the Birthday Boy or Girl an Associate Producer on a feature film.  This doesn’t mean they are photoshopped into a cast and crew picture as a gag gift.  They get to be involved in the making of a movie from the very beginning.

Once they’ve joined I Made A Movie (through your very thoughtful gift) they gain access to the exclusive Producers Lounge section of the I Made A Movie website.  In the Lounge they can chat with the director, review the script, vote on casting decisions and more.

Soon after, when most birthday gifts would be long forgotten, filming begins on the movie and the Associate Producer begins receiving reports from the set, just like a real Hollywood producer with a movie on location.  The AP gets updates and tweets from the director, as well as viewing “dailies” of the footage that’s been shot.

When the movie is finished, your AP receives a t-shirt that reads, “I Made A Movie,” and a DVD of the film.  Then it’s time for another party.  Not a birthday this time, but a viewing party.  Your AP gathers friends and family to watch the movie and applaud loudly with THEIR NAME comes up first in the opening credits.

Long after their birthday has come and gone, they will enjoy the present you gave them, the memories of the movie-making experience, and have a DVD that gives them the right to proudly proclaim, “I Made A Movie.”
