The cooking show that has taken the TV world by storm “Top Chef” has chosen it’s winner.
And that winner is Michael Voltaggio.
It was a tough competition, even with rumours of the shows people manipulating the results and challenges to see the finale just between the two brothers. ( His brother was also competing in the show.)
Although, both brother’s put in the hard yards on the show they were definite front runners for the finale.
Kevin ran into problems overcooking his last dish, which in the end got him only to third place.
The dishes of dehydrated cream of broccoli came up against fried chicken skin with squid casserole and a sardine casserole from Bryan , Kevin and Michael.
Michael’s distinction throughout the season has definitely been his creativity and original ideas. Kevin preferred to create simple food to perfection.
Michael also felt he was a step ahead Kevin throughout, thinking that the simplistic food was easily made.
Michael 30 years old currently lives in Los Angeles, California. He first started working in restaurants at the age of 15. He describes his cooking as sophisticated American Cuisine, utilizing modern technology and classical disciplines of cooking.
The reunion show airs in a weeks time.
