The love lawyer, Corri Fetman, gets no love from playboy
Corri Fetman, one of the sexiest lawyers in the country is being sued by Playboy for trying to pinch the phrase “lawyer of love.” Playboy alleges in a lawsuit filed yesterday that the brief quote belongs to the girlie magazine and not to Corri.
Playboy and Corri Fetman have a long history. In fact Corri barred it all on playboy in the past and even free lanced a column on for playboy com. However, things did not go well and in august last year Corri’s contract was terminated. Corri did not take this well and sued playboy. She claims that the executive, Thomas Hagopian, sexually harassed and groped her, sent her tons of explicit and raunchy e mails, made numerous phone calls late in the night and when she refused his advances, he took away her column. This has taken a great toll on Corri who now also claims that emotional distress has plagued her daily life. The whereabouts of Thomas Hagopian remain a mystery and playboy claims that he no longer works there.
The sexual harassment suit is still awaiting trial in cook county circuit court.
Corri Fetman is no stranger to controversy. Besides exposing her great body on playboy, she also gained famed for posting raunchy billboards with slogans like “life is short, get a divorce.” Her ad featured a sexy female with minimal clothing next to a handsome gigolo. This did not go well with Chicago residents who unleashed a storm of protests which led to Corri having to remove her ads.
In the current law suit, playboy asserts that Corri Fetman is trying to profit from the Playboy reputation and has asked the court for a limited restraining order and financial compensation.
Fetman was asked for a reply to the playboy lawsuit, but she has so far not returned the emails.
